Education Ministry | University Baptist Church

Educational opportunities at University Baptist Church include multiple options for children through adults.  From traditional Sunday Morning Bible Study to a new multi-layered approach to formation, one can find the right place for developing a deeper relationship with God.

Sunday Morning Bible Study
As is traditional with Baptists, Sunday morning is a time of Bible Study before our weekly congregational worship service.  Adult, youth and children's classes meet weekly to study God's Word.  Children's classes begin at 9:45 a.m. and adult classes begin at 10:00 a.m.  Visit our Small Groups page for a listing of the Sunday morning Bible Study groups, their leader, where they meet, and their study format.

College Student Ministry
Visit our home page to read about the programs we have available for our college students.

Wednesday Evening Study
Each Wednesday evening from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. an adult Bible Study is held for college students through adults.  Biblical themes, books of the Bible, topical studies and contemporary book studies are designed to help further personal and corporate growth. This summer we will study The Book of Awakening by Mark Nepo.  A full listing of readings for the class can be found under our Small Groups tab.

Media Center
Everyone is invited to make full use of the Media Center, located in room 134, on the first floor of the long main wing.  A breadth of books and other media are available for all ages.  A committee is currently reviewing the contents of the Media Center to update this resource for all members of the church.
